Cleaning
Before and after use, clean the object with warm water and mild, fragrance-free soap, following the supplied cleaning instructions. Rinse and dry thoroughly.

Use
Follow the supplied instructions for the intended use of each end, vibration controls and optional warmth. Use water-based lubricant and stop if you experience discomfort.

Charging
Ensure the object and charging connection are fully dry before charging. Use the supplied charging cable.

Preservation
Store the object in Volume I only when completely dry. Keep the book and art print away from moisture, direct sunlight and sources of heat.

Warranty: One-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects, in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

Returns: For change-of-mind returns, tell us within 14 days after delivery; you then have a further 14 days to send eligible goods back. See our Shipping & Returns page for the full conditions and hygiene exception.

Your rights if an item is faulty or not as described are separate from change-of-mind returns and are not limited by the warranty period.

No. The optional warmth function is available at one end.

Virga is a dual-ended wand with two contact areas. Exsilio combines internal and external contact in one curved form.
