Where we deliver

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. International delivery is not available at launch.

Dispatch times

Available Atelier pieces: usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Volume I Chapters: usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation when your parcel leaves us.

Orders containing Atelier pieces and Volume I Chapters

If your order contains both Atelier pieces and Volume I Chapters, we may send them separately. There is no additional delivery charge for a second parcel.

UK delivery times and charges

Complimentary UK standard delivery on all orders.

No delivery charge is added at checkout.

UK standard delivery usually takes 1–3 working days from dispatch. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Discreet packaging

Orders are sent in plain, unbranded outer packaging. No product details appear on the exterior of the parcel.

Delivery updates and order enquiries

We require a telephone number at checkout so that we or our delivery partners can contact you about delivery or an issue with your order. Providing it for this purpose does not sign you up to marketing calls or messages.

If we become aware of a significant delay, we will contact you with an update. You may cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched for a refund by emailing thehouse@deudare.com.

When using a delivery service arranged by us, the goods remain our responsibility until you, or a person you have nominated to receive them, takes physical possession. Contact us if your parcel is missing, damaged or incorrect so that we can resolve it. Delivery estimates do not remove your legal rights if delivery is late or does not take place.
