For a change-of-mind return, tell us within 14 days after delivery, or the final delivery if one order arrives in separate parts. You then have a further 14 days to send eligible goods back.
A hygiene exception applies where sealed goods are unsuitable for return once unsealed for health protection or hygiene reasons. This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty or not as described.
