6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the intimate nature of certain products, the following policies apply.

Atelier (Lingerie & Apparel)

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery provided items are unworn, unused, and returned with all original tags, packaging, and hygiene seals intact.

Objects & Devices

For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate devices may not be returned once opened, unless faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographic evidence where possible.

Where appropriate, a replacement or refund will be offered.

Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

7. Product Information

We take care to ensure product descriptions, imagery, and specifications are presented as accurately as possible.

However, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to photography, screen settings, or natural material differences.

All measurements are approximate.
