Cleaning
Clean the core and each interchangeable form according to the supplied instructions. Check the cleaning and water-resistance guidance for each component, then dry fully before reassembly.

Use
Follow the supplied instructions for fitting and removing the interchangeable forms and operating the core. Use water-based lubricant and stop if you experience discomfort.

Charging
Ensure the object and charging connection are fully dry before charging. Use the supplied charging cable.

Preservation
Store the object in Volume I only when completely dry. Keep the book and art print away from moisture, direct sunlight and sources of heat.

Warranty: One-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects, in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

Returns: For change-of-mind returns, tell us within 14 days after delivery; you then have a further 14 days to send eligible goods back. See our Shipping & Returns page for the full conditions and hygiene exception.

Your rights if an item is faulty or not as described are separate from change-of-mind returns and are not limited by the warranty period.
