Shipping
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Delivery
We ship internationally from the UK using trusted carriers including Royal Mail, DHL, and UPS.
- UK delivery: 1–3 working days
- Express and courier options may be available at checkout
International delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method selected.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and delivery method.
Complimentary delivery is offered on orders over £150.
Discretion
All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded outer packaging. No product details appear on the exterior of the parcel.
Billing statements appear under a neutral descriptor for additional privacy.
Returns
Atelier (Lingerie & Apparel)
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and hygiene seals intact.
Once inspected and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to order a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order.
Objects & Devices
Due to the intimate nature of these products, returns are only accepted if items are unused, unopened, and returned in their original sealed packaging.
If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Please include your order number, photographs, and a brief description of the issue.
Depending on availability, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.
